Skilled LAMP developer for Project Management App

I am looking for a potential cofounder / kickass object-oriented web developer who is skilled in PHP/MYSQL/HTML who can help assist in the creation of a project management based system that links up students who can post homework they need help on, with tutors who are willing to help students out with their projects. PHP development should be object oriented.
Think of it like elance for students, but simpler and more user friendly.

Marketing is completely squared away. Money is being made. I just need a key player who can help me create the system that will allow this business to SCALE as well as be LEAN.

I am willing to offer compensation on a weekly basis as well as a stake in the company based on experience.
