Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the initial platform.
• Provide alternative ideas and constructive criticism.
• Rapid-iteration and experimentation.
• Assist in technical hiring decisions as the company grows.

Experience

• Preferably prior experience working on projects involved with social networking.
• Preferably prior experience scaling for significant user traffic.
• Preferably prior experience working at a startup.

Skills
Expertise with LAMP (PHP or Python – not Perl. Although Ruby would be great too).

Education
Preferably from a top Computer Science School.

Compensation
Equity with room for negotiation for a sufficient salary to get by until the company gets funding.
