Front-end Developer at University of Southern California, Los Angeles

As the central web design and development group within the University of Southern California, we work for a variety of clients from schools to individual professors. We’re a small, multi-talented team – there are just ten of us – and as such, we’re an extremely collaborative and friendly group.

We’re looking for someone who loves developing for the web, can handle multiple projects in different phases simultaneously, isn’t afraid of deadlines, and likes contributing to a team environment. You have:

• A strong knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and browser technology.
• A love of web standards.
• An ability to translate a design into semantic markup and CSS with pixel perfection (our developer wrote this so take note)
• A working knowledge of PHP and SQL
• Experience developing web applications for a variety of devices like mobile and touch.
• Experience with a number of content management systems. WordPress a must.
