One of the most popular UNIX shells is bash. At the February meeting of LAMPSIG, we are going to sharpen our bash programming skills, and you are invited. It promises to be a bash you won’t want to miss.
Dallas Legan is giving his first presentation for LAMPSIG, an intro to bash shell programming II.  This tutorial is recommended for all, with the emphasis on borderline transition from command line to scripting, with plenty of scripting tricks provided for even the diehard bash gurus. Dallas will also point out some differences between bash and ksh. So, bring your pencils and notepads and get ready to learn something.
