4. Consuming .NET/WCF based SOAP APIs from a LAMP and/or Java integration/UI stack
5. Experience in exposing SOAP via REST-ful APIs
6. Experience with Apigee or Masherty API services
7. Experience with Silverlight and XAML UI development, optional
