InTheMO Interactive is a digital think tank, full-scale production company and technology powerhouse. We develop projects from ideation through release and syndication entirely in-house: producing,shooting, and editing all videos and designing and building all technologies. InTheMO currently has over 120 talented employees with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington. Requirments (an absoulte must!):

• Proficient with Java, mobile development, ASP.NET
• Posses a solid understanding of web standards and usability
• Ability to work from a strategy, contribute within a team, present with confidence and champion work that  leads brands
• Understands the difference between what’s just meh and work that’s leading edge and inspiring (with the ability to produce the latter)

• Current on development and programing trends

• Ability to quickly resolve issues as they arise
• Ability to conceive and develop digital solutions individually as well as in a collaborative environment
• Commitment not to just fulfilling an assignment, but in adding value, pushing boundaries and creating impactful change
• Knowledge of flash, AS3, motion graphic a plus
